• Do I need a subscription for each locale (US, UK, DE, ES, IT, etc.)?

  Nope! One subscription gives you access to all the forklift sites!

• If I want to upgrade to Pro and I'm already subscribed to Streamer, do I have to pay $15 more?

  Nope! You will only be charged the prorated difference between the plans.

• I am receiving this error: "Error creating your subscription There was a problem creating your subscription: Braintree failed to create subscription: Transaction Not Allowed".

  Please check your phone or email - your bank has blocked the transaction and may be reaching out to you to approve it.

• Is my payment information stored on your servers?

  No. Your payment information is processed and stored on Braintree's servers. Your data security is vital. You can read more about it here
